Fair Market
Value Purchase Option This option allows the lowest possible monthly payment with
flexibility at lease end to either:
Purchase the equipment or software for its Fair Market Value
Return the equipment or software to Baytree with no penalty
Renew the lease for a specified term.
Qualifies as
True Lease for accounting purposes
10% Purchase
Option This option also has a very low monthly payment. It is designed
for Healthcare Providers that desire to take advantage of a low
rate during the lease term, all the while knowing that their purchase
option will be fixed at lease end. Your three options at lease end
are:
Purchase the
equipment or software for 10% of original purchase price
Return the equipment or software to Baytree with no penalty
Renew the lease for a specified term
Qualifies as
True Lease for accounting purposes
$1.00 Buyout This can structure can be written as a lease or a loan. It is
designed for a Healthcare Providers that desire to own the software
and/or equipment at lease end for $1.00.

Lease/Finance Structures:
Sale Leaseback:
This structure allows for Baytree to purchase your assets (usually
equipment) and immediately lease them back to you. This can be accomplished
under any of the above lease structures.

Step, and Graduated Payment Rate Options: Deferred Option: Baytree will defer you lease payments for
90, 120, or 180 days Step Option: Baytree will structure step payments to fit
your needs Graduated Option: Baytree will structure graduated payments
to fit your needs
